By joining our efforts, you can make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities we serve.

Garden State CDC operates through three divisions to carry out its mission effectively. These divisions are:

• Division of Supportive Housing & Social Services: This division provides a wide range of programs to address homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and HIV/AIDS. We offer supportive housing for special needs populations, including individuals and families. Additionally, we provide case management services, a drop-in program, emergency shelter, and Homeless Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program.
• Division of Housing and Community Development: This division implements a real estate and economic development strategy that revitalizes emerging markets. We target and transform eyesores into quality affordable housing for individuals who are priced out of the market. Our approach includes both new construction and rehab, with a focus on low and high density development. We also supplement our efforts with housing education, policy advocacy, and neighborhood planning initiatives.
