Providing Safe Haven and Support
Our emergency shelter at PERC provides a safe haven for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. With a spacious facility, we have the capacity to accommodate those in need of shelter and support. Operating 24/7, our shelter is always available to provide assistance and a place to stay. We offer essential amenities including comfortable beds, secure lockers, shower facilities, clothing provisions, laundry services, and nutritious meals. Additionally, our dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to providing support services such as case management, referrals to medical and mental health services, job assistance, and access to other social services. At PERC, we strive to meet the basic needs of our guests while offering a nurturing environment to help them regain stability and independence.
Shelter Guidelines and Eligibility:
The shelter services are available to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and in need of emergency shelter.
Shelter guidelines are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and respect of all residents, and adherence to these guidelines is required for continued shelter stay.
Residents are expected to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow residents with respect and follow the rules regarding curfew, quiet hours, and no substance abuse within the shelter premises.
Any concerns or issues should be promptly reported to the shelter staff for resolution.
PERC reserves the right to deny or revoke shelter access based on non-compliance with guidelines or disruptive behavior.
